The low bar

Impressive dude.

But that was yesterday.

Morning coffee doesn’t count.

I had to have the index finger on my left hand amputated. I tied so many strings on it to remind me to do something that it cut off blood circulation to the digit.

IRL: I do leave “reminders” around like leaving my phone on the floor of my den instead of on the desk at night, so I don’t forget to take it downstairs and plug it into the charger.

Um-m-m-m Memory? H-m-m-m I kinda think I knew what that was a while back.

But, you are bragging. Are you sure that is something you want to be bragging about?

Never count your chickens….

He’s right to count it as a “win” — I would — I’m at an age where they are few and far between.

He inhaled a CLIF Bar.

Lucky!

It was a lucid moment. Or inspired by the smell of a fresh brew wafting through the house.

Looks like the Prevagen is finally kicking in.

A half hour later he will remember that he had previously gone into the kitchen, to look for something in the junk drawer. But pouring another cup of coffee had distracted him from his original mission. Now… what was it I was looking for?

(Yes, taken from personal experience.)

I’d brag about that any day!

Desire for coffee is practically an autonomic function. When that goes, it is all over.
