I used to “unsubscribe” from junk emails until I realized that they were actually fishing for LIVE accounts, and I’d just verified mine. The mail on my Mac has a Preference item that allows me to set Rules that will be applied to incoming emails. There are extra steps to take to tag each unwanted email, but it’s so satisfying to see DOZENS of mails getting automatically routed to JUNK.
