My wrist sweats when I work out and there is a lot of moisture behind my fitbit. So one day I took it off and put it on the box fan I had on the floor behind me. I got an extra mile out of it that day.
Chicago to Portland. Announcement that due to turbulence there would be no service that flight. Wheels up to wheels down was a very, ver bumpy ride. Only flight I’ve ever been on that I was exhausted when I got off the plane.
Happens to me if I carry my phone while mowing the lawn (riding mower). About 3 acres on the side of a hill. When I get done I’ve climbed about 70 flights of stairs and and done about 5 miles.
I was on a flight to Spain when the plane dropped so suddenly that the coffee flew out of my cup and landed in my lap. The guy ahead of me had it worse, the stewardess put a whole tray of coffee down in front of him when the turbulence started.

That actually happened to me once except it was on a shuttle bus. :)

At that speed it should have counted as running.

Who can afford airlines these days? Flying anywhere is far to expensive…except Ryan Air in Ireland.

Her sports bra even had trouble controlling the bounces, she may be sore for a week

You’re lucky it didn’t call 911 on the bumpy landing. Smartphones are dialing emergency services when snow skiers fall over – not funny.

Bet it raised your heart rate.

An old pilot once told me how to handle turbulence.
“Maintain your attitude, stay on heading and don’t fight every little bump.”
It works well in business, too.
