I don’t get it.
Memory often isn’t the first thing to go, but it is the most inconvenient.
So will I.
It’s when you don’t remember that you forgot is when the problem starts. At least now when I walk into a room I think I was in search of something, not sure what, but something.
If you always tell the truth then you will never have to remember your lies.
As we get older, the first thing that goes is our memory. The second thing is…….. What were we talking about?
“Don’t make me tell you again, ’cause I think I forgot.”
I can totally relate to this. Fortunately most of the people I talk to are too polite to remind me when I’ve said something before.
