How do you get acceleration without traction? Or do you plan to mount a propeller?.Besides, the helium effect doesn’t reduce the actual weight. The lift comes from the lighter helium displacing an amount of air which is heavier. In order for that to work, Monty (or a car) would need a large helium-filled balloon, which would get seriously in the way.
