I build bikes and I have no idea what a “Hollow core molded frame” is. Technically they are ALL “hollow”. Some use aluminum parts hydro-formed in molds and some laid-down fiberglass in molds (Trek Y-frame for example) or more commonly carbon fiber today, while cheaper bikes still use straight or tapered tubing. But basically all bike frames are hollow.
That said, little twerp’s step-through frame look like a a simple steel or aluminum tube frame like a Walmart bike might have. Nothing molded here.
