My neighbor had a water toy that sprayed the heavy plastic clown hat off the top a severed clown head that looks similar to the hydrant. You were supposed to run through the spraying water and try not to get beaned in the head with the toppling clown hat. Or for the more advanced taller kids, stand directly over the cold blasting hose water and try to get the hard plastic hat to land on your head without sustaining a concussion – though you might end up with an enema.
