    Here we are Vagabonds

    Where else can we be?

Today will be a quiet Saturday, all be it, chilly. The current temp is 20 trying hard to be 19, they are saying light snow, but, I can’t find a clear window to see. The forecast calls for considerable cloudiness high 26. Heat wave.

Well, except for the usual run around I expect a quiet day today. ZZZZ.

Quiet day for all y’all Vagabonds, and may God bless.

    Hi Guys!

    Good Morning!

First rain of the year, tomorrow we will have elections, there’s a mess of information on the media about voting for or against Nayib Bukele, but we’ll see what happens when the mist clears, have a nice one guys, have been a little bit away, but now I’m back!

    Take care!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

The Knights won last night 8-1. It set a team record for high scoring. It wasn’t nearly as one sided as it seems, both teams were about equal in shots-on-goal. It’s just that the Knights goalie was so much better at his job than the one for the Wild (from Iowa). The first goal was 19 seconds into the game.

I’m off to bible study this morning under blue skies and sunshine. It’s 42 at the moment on it’s way to 59.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good Sabbath Vagabonds

Getting chilly round here, I saw 10 on the old thermometer, it may be starting to get cold but it is a fair morning. It’s just about sunrise time, of course in the time it took to type this the sun is up. Right now I’m looking at a pink wind turbine up on the ridge. Forecast says partly cloudy high 29.

Looks like we’ll have a lovely Sunday, the sunlight is creeping down the ridge and blue sky behind.

I think I’ll make it to church this morning, I wonder who has the pulpit?

May you all have a blessed Sabbath with God’s blessings.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

It’s another gloomy day here. It’s overcast with a 57% chance of rain. Considering that the street and my car are both wet, we’re probably closer to 100%. We’re hovering at 47 at the moment on the way to 57.

We started James yesterday at bible study and got all the way through verse 18 of chapter 1. We’re in no real rush to finish, and there was a lot of great discussion.

I was reading Oswald Chambers’ “My Utmost for His Highest” yesterday (I’m running a couple of days late so it was Thursday’s entry). He was trying to emphasize that we shouldn’t take the “small stuff” to God in prayer and that He “burden His energies” with our constant barrage of personal prayers. What a load of hogwash! God wants us to bring EVERYTHING to him in prayer. Chambers is limiting God and He has no limits.

I’m off to church in a bit. We’re still in Acts and enjoying every minute of every week’s message. Today’s Donut Sunday, so I’ll be on my feet for a while helping to serve.

    Everyone have a blessed Sunday.
