I really hope that someone other than Mark and I are reading these comments. I miss hearing from Rita, David, Chris, Florchi, Justina and Joker.
My cardiologist did an EKG and he’s pleased with my heart. I started the new medication that is supposed to control the palpitations just yesterday and already the results in my blood pressure readings are remarkable. (It’s also a BP medication.) He told me to stop taking one of the other BP meds because this one replaces it. We’ll see if it really does control the flutters.
We bought a new battery for Michael’s phone a couple of weeks ago, and it is worse than the one that it replaced. So we took it back to the battery store on Tuesday and they kept it overnight for testing. Guess what. It’s a bad battery. So they have ordered another new one and will call me when it comes in. I hope they test this one before they install it on his phone. In the meantime, I picked up his phone yesterday after the doctor. He’s planning to keep it on the charger most of the time since he can’t hurt this one any more than it already is.
Tomorrow I’m going with Mike to help with an outreach to the homeless. I’ve been wanting to get involved and this is the perfect opportunity.
It’s another pretty day here with an expected high of 67. The past few days have been really nice.
