Yes, we’re, we’re looking for the Grail. Our quest is to find the Holy Grail. And so we’re, we’re, we’re, we’re looking for it.So, uh, anything you can do to, uh, to help, would be… very… helpful…
Personally, I don’t think there is any holy grail. Jesus and his disciples ate the “Last Supper” at an inn. I doubt very much the innkeeper would have a bejeweled gold goblet. Jesus wouldn’t have one either among his personal possessions, if he carried any possessions at all, except extra clothing. The cup he drank from was likely a plain metal one or one made of wood or clay. Nothing exceptional.
Very true. The gold/jewels/etc., and its special spiritual associations, are most likely medieval accretions; a simple working man like Jesus wouldn’t be expected to possess such an item..Of course, it may not have belonged to him. The “upper room”, furnished and ready for the Passover feast, did not have to be in an inn — the custom at that time was for families to maintain a spare room to accommodate unexpected visitors, so it may well have been in a private home. If the homeowner were well-to-do enough, he might have had a special, ornate chalice for the Passover observance..This is, of course, pure speculation without any religious “meat” to it — which is actually the point. No formal doctrine or dogma has even been built around the chalice itself, or around what may have become of it, and it has nothing to do with the core teachings of Christianity. Many such details have come from artistic imagination or popular sentiment, and that’s harmless enough…as long as they don’t obscure what they’re only supposed to illustrate.

Hide next to a light bulb. People dont look at them directly and it will hide your glow.
