Add a cell phone with Sluggo looking down and this could be modernized (it has actually happened!)

Does this raise a memory, for anyone…? When I was a kid, the street department had barricades, but, no flashing lights, or tape. They would surround any hole with oil-filled, round bowling ball looking “lamps,” that had a flame on top. There was a little “hood,” to keep the flame going. 50 years later, I remember that they looked like the “bombs” from cartoons.

They do things a bit tougher back then. No suing either I suppose. Also no regulations then either.
