In the comics, whenever someone is watching TV, it’s always westerns. Wasn’t there anything else on the tube?
Reminds me of that great Tex Avery cartoon, “TV of Tomorrow”—where there’s a scene of a man reacting in anger and disgust because every station on TV is airing some stupid western. He goes to a movie, where he expects to see a sweet romance—only to be shown that same d@mned western!
