I’ve found that your entire life is a competition. (Unless you live in a communist country.) From childhood playgrounds, to getting an education so you can beat out Joe Blow for a better than minimum wage job, to spending money on dates to find your marriage partner, to keeping up with the Joneses with a better car in the garage, to buying lottery tickets where only one ticket will win the jackpot, to even playing Bingo in the old retirement home. Even the president of the United States is in constant competition with the press!
