A parable for the present day.
Of course, Nancy is not (currently) afraid of getting hit with a baseball.
Gosh today’s lesson is a real eye opener. I can’t imagine how many more fears somebody who was born blind would have to face.
Hiding from your fears can make things worse.
Y’know, she’s not wrong.
That you, Esther?
My childhood was like this some of the time, but only when I showed this much awareness. I mostly didn’t even know what questions to ask myself.
Well, she’s right. Getting hit in the face by that ball would probably be worse.
If your not gonna face your fears, Nancy, at the least, put on a motorcycle hemet.
The only thing she loves to face is her face in the mirror.
