Missed it by that much…

And in those universes, Sluggo went and bought $50 worth of candy and other assorted goodies, ate them all himself, and got a world-class bellyache. When Nancy realized she’d been left out of the goody haul, she drop-kicked Sluggo to the curb. Homeless again, Sluggo disappeared from that end of the multiverse entirely.

Sluggo goes all the myriad ways.

Well one thing you can count on. Even in the different universe where Sluggo encounters different things walking down the path, he’ll still be wearing the same looking patched up clothes we are all familiar with.

Hopefully that Fifty Dollar Bill has more purchasing power in those alternate universes, as opposed to the universe we presently find ourselves in.

Both Louis Carroll and Kerouac wrote about taking a different turn into a very different life.

And he’ll never even know. Nice burn, Jaimes!

In the long run, he was better off picking up the branch as it led him to think. Money is soon gone but thinking and learning is a valuable thing.

This is one of the best yet.
