And if it don’t really work, then you go back to calling it scratched out.

This must be an example of Hollywood movie lighting. The girl on the left has the shadows on her right side whereas the girl sitting right beside her almost shoulder to shoulder has the shadow on her left ear and side.

…………..What was it before the shading?

Did she just draw her interpretation if the cover of Joni Mitchell’s 1980 live double album “Shadows and Light”?
