Really wanted this to be good and had my expectations exceeded. I can always expect a good April Fools strip from Nancy :)

I like to think they’re shouting because even in Ernie’s day the comic page was a crowded place, and you needed to attract attention over Our Boarding House or Out Our Way.

Maybe Ernie was hard of hearing.
