This is why I’ve always thought lawns are a waste- especially here in AZ where the grass is coarse and scratchy (OK for pets- a small patch) but I like parrots! Back in IL, I loved other groundcover where I didn’t have flowerbeds (still kept grass in front and side yards because I was a corner house.
