I find phone bank menus a source of irritation. What gets me is the message “We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and all of our agents are busy with other customers. Please try your call again later. CLICK!”
My favorite is when you’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and then you get disconnected. So you call back and get disconnected again after 15 more minutes.
