Who is paying for the decorations ? Is there a set budget ? I worked in display in a dept, store. The mall had a store to store to trick or treat for kids. Our store didn’t set a limit on the price of our costumes we wore to hand out candy, + there was a cash prize for the best. The head of display and I were the whole display dept.,We created our own costumes,while the other mall stores bought or rented. We won year after year after year. (-8
