What about that dragon outside town? You know, the one who stole the dwarfs’ treasure? Think he’d cooperate?

Could it be as simple as knights gathered a-ROUND the campfire, or merely a play on simple knights using a 10 foot lance to do a job better suited to a shorter spear? Their sphere of enlightenment seems to be somewhat limited.

On second thought, let’s not go to Camelot – it is a silly place.

How long before some wise guy asks, “What’s the point of this…?” Now is always here or never here. Can’t catch it no matter how fast you run….Living life is like surfing . The very thing you stand on is not much of anything but matter in motion..usually going crazy…Just gotta keep your balance…..Or else…..

Don’t know how a round table will fix toasting problems, but I do know that the burnt ones taste better.

Neither do I. The best I can figure is that the Arthurian legend of slaying fire breathing dragons was born out of the exaggerations of a bunch of knights toasting marshmallows.

Um, I’m not very familiar w/ the King Arthur story & need help here. When they got the round table did they start using mead to toast the marshmallows? & who were the marshmallows?

When I was a kid, we had a wood burning stove (cheaper better heat than propane) Dad would let it burn down to embers then we’d pull out the marshmallows and roast them….problem was the smoke would fill the house. We didn’t do it after that.

Apparently, they try toasting marshmallows on the end of ‘trial’ lances, made from wood. Good luck with that …
