What is “voodoo economics”? I suspect it’s what an economist pushes that happens to not be what you think is correct.

Voodoo economics sounds like voodoo politics: create a problem, charge money to fix the problem, but continue stoking the problem in order to force the “customer” to keep paying for a fix. Brilliant.

Voodoo economics, voodoo complaints about “them” taking away our traditional rights, cleaving to a truly faulted human being, all psychosis’ the RW has afflicted themselves with.

Today we have a similar debate over this. Anyone know what this is? Class? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone seen this before? The Laffer Curve. Anyone know what this says? It says that at this point on the revenue curve, you will get exactly the same amount of revenue as at this point. This is very controversial. Does anyone know what Vice President Bush called this in 1980? Anyone? Something-d-o-o economics. “Voodoo” economics…

Phantom pain kicked in this morning. So bad that I can’t put on the prosthetic and am in my chair because it gets worse on crutches.

My wife yelled from upstairs and asked “Do you ever get a shooting pain across your body, like someone’s got a voodoo doll of you and they’re stabbing it?”

Sounding concerned, I replied “No ….”

    She responded “How about now?”

For information’s sake, apparently GoComics’ nannybot now has new programming that seeks to disallow ALL URLs. It does this by not allowing the use the slash character … … … ANYWHERE in a post. I tried to use the term “date(slash)time” and it saw that as an attempt to post a URL. That may also create issues with posting any math material (slash for division).
