This is the second of these ‘consumer police eports’ strips. The first was jarring because of the cop with the gun, this is the same. It seems totally out of place in a funny.
There is something wrong with a society where cops are routinely represented by someone in a uniform who points a gun at people.
The USA gun culture really does need to change – the rest of the world does not see this as normal and does not have all these shootings and does not have this antipathy or fear of their own police.
I would say I’m sorry for the rant, but I’m not. The American culture permeates global society and that is great when it is movies and burgers and the like, but the pro-gun thing / guns are a normal part of civilian society thing is horrible.
