Would be nice if we could pick the body part it would go to. I find it generally has less effect if consumed early in the day (before noon). When not entertaining visitors, I never have a meal after 4PM. I have my little (less than 100 Cal) snack of dark chocolate around 5PM and retire to upstairs at 8 (so I’m late).
