Alas, I’m not familiar with this… you very seldom get complimentary wine at restaurants in my price range, .
Perhaps a complimentary tortilla chip or two…but anything they might say would tend to be corny.

That is quite thoughtful. When traveling in Japan I was delighted to see that complimentary hot tea was available in the highway rest stops.
