If she cooks with him in the kitchen she WILL learn them (unless he is more obsessively secretive and has spice mixes he made in “alone time”. I have a few of those, but I share my ingredients with anyone interested and I seldom measure exactly (would depend partially on freshness and quality of seasonings, anyway).
