    With a mom that was a fantastic cook and a grandma that was also….I knew how to make great dinners when they came over to eat at our place for holidays……

    My Granny paid me the best compliment I’ve ever had. She said my pie crust was better than hers, that I have the “touch” :)

    It still makes me smile thinking of that.. I miss her

    When I baked my first pie, the bottom crust ended up being over an inch thick. We just ate the top part. It was a banana cream pudding with lots of whipped cream, and I don’t even like whipped cream.
