Fun for Paul, not so much for Claire.
From “The Beverly Hillbillies”:
Jane Hathaway: Your cold cure really works?
Dr. Granny: Positively, if you follow directions.
Booth: By the way, what are the directions?
Dr. Granny: Take one spoonful of cold cure, eat sensible, get lots of rest and drink plenty of water.
Jed Clampett: And in a week or ten days, your cold’ll be gone…
What Paul means that the flu will do its thing no matter what.
That tube into her ear? I would think it would be much lower down. As a biologist, shouldn’t he know to wear a mask when that close to a person with the flu?
Why would the “loud machines” be painful?
The whir of the mri machine is enough to blow your mind.
Better question from the medical profession: “Where’s the profit in that?”
