The idea is to make money for band uniforms or other things that school tax money won’t or can’t pay for. No matter who sells things to make up the difference, I don’t care.
I read outside in this nice winter weather on the South (front yard), but I have no problem saying no. They never sell anything I’d really want. I love that Willy stole Ruthie’s wax lips – too cute!

I remember selling candy as a kid. I sold a few, but used my allowance to buy the rest. I still don’t like peanut brittle very much. :-)

I never answer the door unless I know the person knocking. And this includes girl scouts.
