I put mushrooms in everything possible to add them to. Especially cassaroles, home made pot pies, of course to spaghetti, california tacos, just sauteed in butter they are fabulous and add any leftovers of the sauteed mushrooms (if every there are any – I make extra just to do this) to eggs for omelettes, and just plain old sliced for salads. I think I may really, really, like mushrooms…lol…
