i remember my former 3rd grade teacher pouncing on my then 4th grade classmate in the hallway and yelling at him for his younger brother’s behaviour in her class.
Have 2 sisters, 10 and 12 years younger. When they got to HS, EVERY single teacher remembered me and had a stinkeye for my sisters. You could say I had a bad rep. But only actually caught 1 time and that was because, while the entire student body knew I had done it, the teachers didn’t until someone squealed. I was kicked out of school for the second time(first was because hair was too long-1968, small rural town HS) and no one ever discovered that my best friend and I were stealing cars and going joy riding in the middle of the night when we were 12. They also never discovered who welded all the doors closed in the school one night. Altho on that one I think one teacher figured it out as he asked me about it about 20 years after I graduated. Would never lie to that teacher so told him the truth
My third grade teacher always got the siblings of the kids she taught. And since I was the oldest.. LOL! My little brother was moved to another teacher once it was found he had dyslexia and dyscalculia.
I went back when I was a teenager with my Mom to help out with the annual school carnival (Mom was a PTA Member for Life for all she did). I was shocked at how young Mrs. Day looked!
And little sister and little brother both were glad the lines changed and they went to a different high school than I did ;)
I’m the oldest of four, next one 5 years later, next 2-1/2, next 2-1/2. We all had the same guidance counselor in HS. Mom & dad never mentioned to her what was coming after me. She never knew what hit her. We are boy, girl, boy, girl in order. 8^)

I’m not accustomed to siblings one year apart. Usually they’re either twins or further apart in age.
