This reminds me of the WC Fields bit with “Carl LaFong”.
Boy, was I overthinking this one! I thought “the enegger” meant some sort of sound combination or English pronunciation thingy.
Why would any adult talk like this? What he says in the second panel is gibberish, especially for a child. Must be mentally challenged.
