We are a self appointed “Crew” of fanatics … each person is ‘welcomed’ when they’ve made 20 or more comments. (well that’s what I proposed, we just haven’t voted on that yet.) and there is no captain … we’re a team (see my above picture, where it shows an “I” in team.)

I like the meeses. They are as funny as anybody else in this toon.

Howsomever, i do not like it when my computer tries to spell-check “meeses” and turns it into “messes”. (I’m guessing you meeses-haters probably approve of that.)

Alan & Jansy, when it comes to comics and this strip in particular, let go of reality. Superior laws of cartoon physics and faith in these characters is believing when common sense tells you not to.

And it may help to shave a few pounds of your worried waste lines as well.
