Labs normally like water… except mine that will tremble like a newborn pup in a thunderstorm at the mention of the word “bath”.

I hate rain. I hate heat.I love snow. I love cold. Sadly, that means I could never dogsit for the crew of the Revenge...Morning wonderful real world crew. :D

My son-in-law’s Lab loved water so much, that she actually would jump off a 12 foot bridge into the bay to catch a ball, climb out and do it over…and over…and over. Stopped traffic, people out watching, taking pictures etc. Couldn’t take a bath, wthout a BIG lab trying to get in the tub too!. Miss that sweet girl so much!

Pirate dogs love intense dog baths.

I like the rain. Maybe Louie should come stay with me.

Current dog hates the rain and the sprinklers but loves the pool. She will dive in after her toy as many times as we can throw it, then will lie on the top step with her head on the deck.

Looking at the last frame……..slave and master.

My cousin’s dog goes into the basement and hides when it come up a storm. Lightening hit his dog house a few years back and he has not been the same since.

Lucky for Louie, maybe.

This strip is so great. Our dog loves the bad weather. The worse the weather the happier she is. She insisted on going outside when we were getting hit with the outer bands of Hurricane Isabel. Fearless. She also loves the snowy weather. Schipperkes are amazing!

The dog does not need you. He can do his business alone. Keep yourself inside.
