I can't believe how juicy these first leaves of spring lettuce tas- A-hem.. Oh.. I almost forgot. Beautiful day today. And so sunny! First rule of stolen spring lettuce club? You don't talk about stolen spring lettuce club.
Deer come into our yard and always attack and level so evenly the stalks of one special hosta with white flowers. Unfortunately they run out during the day in front of our cars…………..Ann Arbor had to get rid of many in the parks earlier this year. Deer meat donated. They are not cute any more. They eat other things in the yard………..aaaaaargh.
