Fully ripe tomatoes on a burger are wonderful. That means you free it yourself, or got it at a farmer’s market. Store bought rarely are even near that good.

The only thing I want on barbecued meat is more barbecued meat, no disguising sauces and veg here.

All that was needed was a little attitude adjustment for Louie

All I need on my burger is meat, cheese, ketchup, and the bun. Keep it simple …
