Oxalic acid can also be found in spinach, beets and navy beans, so we should probably avoid them as well. Eating rhubarb, raspberries, dates and potatoes has never done me any harm, even though there’s oxalic acid in those as well, but maybe we should just avoid food, just to be on the safe side.
