Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends!

How did the Green pirates stay awake? Tsk, tsk. Not very nice of them.

Hello and good morning to the entire crew!

I hope everyone has a pleasant and fulfilling day, whether you celebrate the American holiday or not.

Let me guess…They’re vegetarians, or vegans or whatever.

I see this every year somewhere, but it’s not the tryptophan that makes you drowsy. It’s the fact that you’ve just eaten a huge meal and your body needs all the energy it can get to digest it, so there’s no energy left for anything else.

Obviously, the Green Pirates don’t celebrate Thanks Giving as, I suspect, they come from Ireland.

There it is again it’s the third time the old tryptophan card has been played today in “Go Comics.”

Odd? Where has C been? He should be telling us that his Thanksgiving was over a month ago?

Bad form! They invite you over for a great dinner, and you steal from them. Despicable…

Well, guess who is not getting invited next year.

Well that’s just rude. I have a feeling this isn’t the end though…

That’s very clever of the Green Ship guys. Perhaps they were clever enough to get some OTC L-tryptophan to counter the sleeping effect of eating turkey, or they could’ve eaten the beef instead.

Henry wasn’t wrong when he made out the place card settings for the Green Ship Pirates as “Enemy.”

You would think after getting the safe stolen so many times, and rough seas, they would have bolted that thing down. How many have been crushed or injured from it sliding across the floor ???

I just realized we haven’t seen or heard anything from the two guys in the crows’ nest lately, like… in a very long time …… no T-giving turkey for them, I guess.

Except tryptophan does not put you to sleep. Just a myth.

You know, a safe that size would probably weigh a few hundred pounds. So, pretty impressive, especially on a full stomach!

Dirty green pirates. That’s the thanks our heroes get for inviting greens over to eat … Feel the love, huh?

I can relate to our crew’s situation, too, since the post-food coma (ha) really hit me this year. Doing better now, though.
