The Tree that knows stuff Verne says, "Is the world situation so bad that we animals will be vying with humans for scraps in the garbage?" tree says, "No. It'll never get to that." tree says, "All garbage will be processed to recover any scraps...Those scraps will be combined into an edible food source called a trashtito." Verne says, "No more scraps?" tree says, "Any uneaten trashtitos will be recycled into gerbil food." Verne says, "We're doomed."
