verne: hey, loud! Practicing for the big day? Rj: dude. lou exits his hole. lou looks for his shadow....lou cashes his paycheck. animal: oh, there's much more to it than just that. first I have to pop out of the hole with flair. curious...quizzical, not annoyed or irritable. then I check for shadows. only sunlit shadows...positively no tv camera lights or cell phone flashes. and then I put on my glasses. no shadow today! Verne: This explains a lot. rj: six more weeks of confusion.
