I remember a couple of kids getting tape place over their mouths in school because they wouldn’t stop whispering in class. Nowadays it would be worth a million bucks to the parents when they sue the school district-back then it was a powerful incentive to the rest of the class to keep their pie-holes shut.
I remember my mom saying Children should be seen not heard.Then she would remark about how nice it was to hear the voices of children……What up with that???Now screaming for no cause other than I can does require some intervention.I am not fond of the mouth taping but do realize this is a cartoon.I hope that is cloth…..tape is going to leave a mark.
