Socks: Why, he went off to play golf- what else? Voice: Again? And in this weather? And in the midst of negotiations? Socks: Yep- Mr. Clinton says it's the best way to send that Mr. Gingrich a message. Voice: What message would that be? Socks: Maybe it's that both of them are non-essential federal employees.
