I didn't even know anything about any contract with Dubai, anyway. Cheney: Right. Bush: What's that you have there, Uncle Dick? Cheney: Oh, it's just a little contract which allows the Pentagon to pay Halliburton a few hundred million for gouging the taxpayer. It's sort of an apology to Halliburton for Halliburton getting caught. And remember, you knew nothing about this contract, either. Punk: A military-industrial complexity.
