Lucy is on the floor sitting next to and watching as Charlie Brown puts his hands in the bowl and exclaims, "Hey! Don't put your fingers in the popcorn after you've licked them!"

She kneels as he puts some popcorn in his mouth. She continues, "Do you think I want to eat that popcorn after you've been putting your wet fingers in it?!"

She concludes, "Do you think I want to eat wet, sticky ol' popcorn that you've touched with your wet, stick ol' fingers, after you..."

She sits dazed with the bowl of popcorn over her head as he walks away.
