Violet crouches on the ground in front of Snoopy: "Hi, you cute little doggie..." Pig-Pen sits in the dirt and watches them.<BR><BR> Pat! Pat! She pets stands up and Snoopy. Pig-Pen stands up and sighs.<BR><BR> Violet kneels down and embraces Snoopy with an "Mmmmm" Pig-Pen says, "Gee I wish someone would hug ME like that!"<BR><BR> Snoopy walks off down the block, smiling, with a heart in his dialogue bubble. Violet retorts, "Well, maybe someone would if you'd clean up once in a while...'Pig-Pen'!!"<BR><BR> Pig-Pen runs.<BR><BR> He sits in the bath and washes.<BR><BR> He towels himself off; he is clean.<BR><BR> He puts on some clothes.<BR><BR> A newly clean Pig-Pen stands in front of Violet. She looks at him and says, "I said, 'MAYBE.'"<BR><BR> Pig-Pen frowns. [PANEL 11]: A very dirty Pig-Pen saunters through the mud. He says, "Oh well...It's kind of nice to be free again!"<BR><BR>
