Violet, Charlie Brown, and Schroeder are sitting on the curb. The latter says, "All in all, Beethoven wrote ten violin sonatas, and thirty-two piano sonatas..."<br> <br> Charlie Brown replies, "In 1919, 'Babe' Ruth hit twenty-nine home runs...in 1920 he hit fifty-four...in 1927 he set the all-time record with sixty..."<br> <br> Charlie Brown and Violet walk off. He smiles as she exclaims, "You're so smart, Charlie Brown!" Meanwhile, Schroeder is counting on his fingers and saying, "Beethoven also wrote five piano concertoes..."<br> <br> Schroeder stands up and shouts after them, "AND NINE SYMPHONIES!!"<br> <br>
Do not forget the opera and his unfinished tenth symphony (which somebody finished for him).
