Charlie Brown walks by and thinks, "?"<br> <br> He stands near her and she looks at the ground and explains, "Millions and millions of people walking all over the world wearing it down!"<br> <br> She clasps her hands on her chest and moans, "Soon the world will be so small there won't be any room to stnad!"<br> <br> Lucy waves her arms hysterically and cries: "EVERYBODY KEEP OFF THE GROUND! STAY ON THE SIDEWALKS!!" "Oh, good grief!!" exclaims Charlie Brown.<br> <br>
The problem is genetics. Too many people have legs long enough to reach the ground; Lucy should be aware of this fact. So the thing to do is cut off the feet of every third person and it shall lower the amt of the earth being worn down by 33%. Case solved!
