Snoopy sits in the grass and thinks, "Here's the fierce mountain lion sneaking through the grass..."<br> <br>"Here's the agile mountain lion bounding through the underbrush." Snoopy leaps over some weeds.<br> <br> "Here's the proud mountain lion sitting atop a rock.." Snoopy sits proudly on top of a rock. <br> <br> "Suddenly he sees an approaching figure!" Snoopy tenses up.<br> <br> "He crouches behind the rock.." Snoopy crouches behind the rock as Charlie Brown walks by.<br> <br> GRAUGH! "He leaps!!" Snoopy thinks as he leaps towards Charlie Brown, who continues to walk.<br> <br> Rip! Snarl! Tear! Snoopy engages in a fierce war on top of Charlie Brown's head. Charlie Brown stands still, unmoved.<br> <br> POUNCE POUNCE POUNCE POUNCE Snoopy bounds up and down on Charlie Brown's head.<br> <br> Snoopy leans over to examine Charlie Brown's face.<br> <br> He trots off with a sigh. Charlie Brown watches him leave. <br> <br> Charlie Brown sits at a table and writes: "Dear Pencil-Pal, On my way home from school today I was attacked by a mountain lion. I was not seriously injured."<br> <br>
I love how Charlie Brown always knows what weird thing snoopy is up to, even when he doesn’t care to participate.
