Why not next month? Why this month?"<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "How can you narrow down art to one particular time of the year? Art must be unconfined! Art must have freedom!"<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "You can't say, 'Today we will produce a work of art!' You can't say . . ." Charlie Brown says, "Oh, good grief!"<BR><BR>
