Violet walks by Linus with her hair down. Linus says, "Where's your pony-tail, Violet?"<BR><BR> Violet says, "My mother didn't have time to comb my hair this morning . . ." Linus asks, "Why not?"<BR><BR> Violet shouts, "Because she was in such a hurry to get over to your house to play pool with your mother, that's why!"<BR><BR> Violet storms off. Linus sighs.<BR><BR>
She certainly looks DIFFERENT, as she ALWAYS wore her hair in a ponytail.(except here, of course—I don’t recall seeing any other Peanuts cartoons, where Violet did not have her hair in a ponytail.)
